Memory Verse 2

For my 2nd memory verse of 2009, I chose: Jesus wept. I am just kidding, I learned that one back in 1965 or so. I chose I Sam 16:7 in the Holman Christian Standard Bible:

But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or his stature, because I have rejected him. Man does not see what the LORD sees, for man sees what is visible, but the LORD sees the heart."

I want to be reminded only the Lord sees the heart.

absolutely beautiful. Wouldn't it be nice if we were always more concerned with what the Lord thinks of us rather than what people think?
