Until last week, I felt bad and worked from bed many days, slept at lunch and slept from 5pm to 8pm or so and went back to bed at 10pm until 8am the next day. I am proud to say I am much, MUCH better and I now can comprehend what I read in His word again. One Saturday when I felt my worst, I had to launder the sheets and blankets. It was cold, raining, and very damp so I washed the flannel sheets and fleece blankets which were on the bed. Today is Maundy Thursday on the liturgical calendar. One of my favorite days, a day which really touches me. I am going to get out of bed and go to church tonight. I've had an upper respiratory infection for 6 weeks, it let up a little 2 weeks ago, I got excited and went to the rodeo 3 times, dumb idea. Should have remained in bed and prayer. If you own stock in Vicks Vapor rub, allergy medications and or Kleenex, I have increased your income a lot! I've been able to pray a lot, but have no idea what I read a few minutes after I read it, therefore no blogging. Anyway - ENOUGH whining and back to Maundy Thurs.
