My SSMT verse for 03/15 is the continuation of a passage from Matthew. I am memorizing Mt 5:45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. (It makes sense in context: You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. I decided to use one of the scriptures that Beth suggested at the beginning of the month. Short but very powerful -- and short will be good for me for the next couple of weeks.
