Annual Coffee

Pictures from my annual coffee, Ann & Karen on the love seat, they were talking to Annette of Annie's Eyes Blog, Penny (1 of my dogs) recovering from being shut out of all the excitement...Joann is sitting on the couch, she is my neighbor...then sadly I started drinking coffee and eating red velvet cake and quit taking pictures...Oh well, there is always next year.
Since it's only 38 degrees this afternoon which is cold for people in southeast Texas, I am going to make a cup of tea and warm up. Have a good afternoon. Spend some time with our Heavenly Father:
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

It was so much fun meeting your friends and neighbors and pausing in the "rush" to have coffee and visit. Merry Christmas! Love, the other Annette!

You have a beautiful home, Annette.
Coffee looks like a nice way to spend the afternoon. Stay warm.

The pictures were taken in my living room, my home is 40 yrs old and still has many original features...thankfully my husband laid new floors through most of the house 2 yrs ago, due to health issues w/ my parents we have not finished remodeling, we are do it yourselfers and by that, I mean I do a lot of watching...our home is small and cozy, just perfect for the 2 of us.

I can understand why the cake would be a distraction!!
Brr....isn't it cold for us Texas girls. Thankfully it will be warming up.
Thank you for faithfully pointing us to the Savior.
